Lee Speaks
Freshman wide receiver Marqise Lee was allowed to speak to the media on the same day he was awarded No. 9.
``I'm surprised a little bit (on how well I've done),'' Lee said. ``I think it's for two reasons: The attitude and the pressure we get from the coaches makes you want to work hard.''
Lee said he never expected to receive No. 9.
``In order to get what you want, you have to work for it,'' Lee said.

I'm not surprised at all Marquise, I've always known that the 5-star recruits USC has gotten in past have been ALL over-rated. It's no coincidence that last year's top USC receiver was a freshman, and this year the other two top receivers are also freshmen.
Lee is a good dude. Represent that 9.... LEZGO!!
OBTW, UCLA doesn't experience any 5 star busts, because they never get 5 star dudes.....
RuinRob – that "freshman" from last year WAS a 5-star recruit.
it's not easy to be an all-opportunity troll, huh rob? trying to take every bit of USC info and spin it negative can be trying at times - ocassionally you will contradict yourself lol. keep up the good work.
