New Bowl Rule?
The NCAA is proposing raising the four-year rolling averages of the Academic Progress Rate score for football programs to be eligible for a bowl game. A school would need an APR score of 930 or above. USC's current four-year average APR score is 952.

By the time that rule goes into effect, the sanctions will probably be over, and USC will be able to use a scholarship to put some Asian math whiz from Irvine on the team and call him our "back up long-snapper"! Problem solved!!!
Mr. Positivity, you are truly a ray of sunshine to the rectum!
Mr. P,
We don't need math wiz for football, it's been okay, Basketball is another matter.
