Any time the Triple Chin agrees with the likes of NOBS and Jew Hater, you know it's a bad decision. Nikias and Haden are basically telling everyone that there more dirt would be unearthed if USC were to sue. I have a hard time believing it would be that bad.
I say sue the bastards!
Hey triple chin,youreally might be as clueless as the real paul dee. THats why the ncaa investigated for five years and all they had were claims from a convicted fellon and a 1.5 minute phone call at 2 AM. Good lookin' out my man.
Petros and Money raised a few points tonight as follows:
1. Our guys are insiders and know a lot more than we do about what will work or won't work with the NCAA;
2. SC already lost an Appeal; why set the Trojans up for still more disappointment;
3. The NCAA might reduce the penalties on its own initiative, especially in light of comparison penalties to be dished out to Ohio State and Miami.
Doubt it. Petros is a douche and his old man was part of the NCAA problem. Why would anyone listen to that @$$hole?
SC For Life, NOBS is calling you out!! What say you?
I don't see why the ncaa would unilaterally reduce the penalties to USC at this point in time. If we assume, for argument's sake, that the ncaa obtained some new evidence that a member of the infractions committee (for example, Double-bypASS Dee or Ms. ND Douche) were unfair, USC still would have a problem because its appeal was heard and considered by a completely different body of the organization. Nikias should simply keep his mouth shut, if all that he is capable of doing is sucking up to the ncaa.
I can't believe... don't want to believe, the SC board of Directors are happy with what is going on with such a polarizing issue where its president decides to address the public in a defeatist way. If I were MG, I'd be damn glad I don't have to work with this attitude.
I originally wanted to sue the NCAA, but I now agree with SC. By the time this would go to court, the penalties would be over. Especially the bowl ban. And why drag this on. If they got a stay on the bowl ban until after the court ruling, then this would drag on a affect recruiting. The NCAA is corrupt and a bunch of morons, but it's a tough choice.
And what about McNair?
I have this vision of nobs sitting at his keyboard, spitting and slobbering all over it, as he spreads profanity and insipid drool, describing what his dog is doing and what he is doing to his dog, pausing only occasionally to pick his nose and eat it, providing his necessary nourishment while he continues to suck up to MG wherever he might be.
Suing the ncaa is not really an option (it never was simply because of the way the organization is structured and the inherent agreement that USC has submitted to as a member institution). Nevertheless, there are other options on the table. For example, if more facts are uncovered relating to Dee and his committee's extraordinary and unfair sanctions levied against USC football, USC should reserve the option to seek redress. That is where I fault the current administration and AD. Another option would be for USC to formally request that the ncaa conduct an independent review of Dee, the ND missy and the entire charade that the ncaa exploited for publicity reasons over the last few years, especially in light of the initial Auburn ruling and all the other ongoing ncaa investigations.
woof woof barney. You are hilarious, JBoy, and have soooo many names on this board. woof woof. Which one are you going to use next? "barney", what a joke. Worse than a Boy named Sue.
