All Aboard The Spin Train
The popular line following today's game was ``last year we lost those games,'' as Lane Kiffin said.
But is it true? USC beat a 23-point underdog at the Coliseum by two points today. Last year, USC beat a 20-point underdog at the Coliseum by three points. Or did everyone forget the Virginia game?
And USC did not blow that game at the end either. So maybe it's not quite true after all that today's game was a loss last year.

Not again. Mrs. Prof Slob pulled a spin train last night! Come on!
Haden better get rid of Kiffin fast or he's looking at Tollner 2, or Larry Smith 2, or Paul Hackett 2. Kiffin isn't qualified to coach anyone in anything, he should take his leisure studies major and head off to work for Princess Cruise Lines.
Oregon got blown out last night. Only SC can win the big games. "O" stands for zero big wins.
Hey NoD!ckLarry, I missed the game yesterday, how many points did ND win by yesterday?
It was a perfect weekend. See y'all at the statue before the next game.
G Wolff- thank you! I'd forgotten all about NoDickLarry. Who did win the ND game? ROFLMAO
Yeah, ND losing was classic. Way to build upon the strong finish from last year, guys!!
The SC game was so BORING!!!!! I watching the UCLA instead b/c it was more exciting. How is it that SC couldn't run against a very bad Minnesota defense. I'll be honest I was surprised Vegas had USC at 7.5 wins this year maybe they were right since we couldn't stop Minnesota in the 2nd half and were lucky Harris made the interception.
The defense played OK but could have played better. The offense sucked!!
Why does Kiffin continue to go for two? What's his two point conversion average, 1 out of 100? Haden should start having conversations with Jeff Fisher about taking over this program.
I can't believe that a few years ago we had a great team now we a middle of the pack team.
Sorry to say this, but my Bruins looked better in defeat than the Trojans did in a victory. If not for horrific officiating, USC would be 0-1 this morning. Thank your lucky stars the head of the Pac-12 officiating committee as trOJan alum, and the number of games SUC has won because of the officiating is countless! including the 2004 UCLA USC game in which it was clear Bush fumbled the ball after getting hit in a screen pass and the refs ruled it incomplete as Spencer Havener was racing for the end zone for the winning TD with nobody within 10 yards of him which would have knocked USC out of the 2005 NC game vs. Oklahoma...so yes the only NC title SUC won under Pete the Cheat was a freebie...f**k the Pac-12 referees!!! Good thing for USC calls could not be reviewed until the next year.
Wah wah Prof Slob. Sure, anyone in their right mind would be happier with a loss. That's just shows how STUPID Fucla fans can be. I'll be p!$$ed when we lose this year, AND WE WILL. But Trojans are WINNERS. bRuins are LOSERS. Poor JBoy, can only get his kicks with losses (all of Fucla's and a few of SC's) ROFLMAO
Dixie when we had Pete as coach we used to win big games. In case you forgot we lost big games to Stanford, Oregon and Notre Dame last season.
Yeah, PC could win big games but he also lost some games that in no way should his teams lost that cost USC a chance at the NC game, ucla, Oregon State, UDub and Stanford ( still the worst point spread loss ever ) so he wasn't perfect either.
