In this segment, does a Pac-16 help open Texas to USC in recruiting?

Any reasons to why Marshall Jones and Devon Flournoy are playing in games?

A: I think you mean not playing.. Even a USC player asked me ``what happened to Marshall'' over Jones' lack of playing time. He went from co-starter in spring to No. 3 in the fall. Devon Flournoy was hurt during training camp but Lane Kiffin's never seemed to like him, stripping him of his jersey number and then barely giving him any looks, especially compared to Markeith Ambles. I guess coaches like certain players and dislike others. See Dillon Baxter.

If the PAC-16 happens, do you expect recruits from California which USC typically gets to "flock" to OU, or even Texas, as some of the OU players from California have stated?

A: I don't expect them to flock but I do think it opens the doors both ways for California recruits to consider Texas more often and Texas recruits to look at California schools. I think Utah will benefit from this in the next few years. You just need to get 3-4 guys from those states to have a really good recruiting class so it could potentially help USC, which I've always felt underachieved for some reason in Texas recruiting compared to other states like Florida and New Jersey.

Are all of these conference moves good for college football and basketball?

A: I personally do not like moves that enhance to super powerful and lead to more inequality. I don't think the Big 12 and Big East schools feeling deserted are going to be happier over these events. We're going to have the haves and the have-nots greater than ever before and that might be good for USC but it's bad for college football.

In terms of a percentage, how likely do you think it is that Lane Kiffin's tenure at USC will end in his firing as opposed to his leaving voluntarily for another job elsewhere?

A: I don't think he will leave so I would say 90 percent.

Scott, you just answered a question from the fake me. I would never ask such a boring ass serious question from a blogger such as yourself. When I have a real question like that I take it to Lev or Ryan Abrahams. If you see a question like that again from my name, send it over to Jon Gold's blog where serious sports fans reside. That is fans who are serious about crappy football...
