Long Absences

| | Comments (0) |

USC's first three home opponents this year are returning to play the Trojans in the Coliseum after long absences, totaling 182 years: Minnesota, 32 years (1979), Utah, 63 years (1948), and Syracuse, 87 years (1924).
Utah had never scored a touchdown against USC at the Coliseum prior to last Saturday; in six games against USC in Los Angeles they have yet to score a field goal against the Trojans.
