Do you want the Pac-12 to expand to 14 teams? Sixteen teams? Stay the same? Express your thoughts here.

I have no problem with the expansion to the Pac-16. I prefer the idea of two 8-team division that four 4-team pods, but whatever. Adding the Texas and Oklahoma teams will make us stronger. In the media's eyes we may finally be comparable to the SEC. As long as we get to keep playing the other California schools every year, I think it's fine.

I have no issue with the expansion to 16 teams....especially because the 4 proposed teams are all legitimate football programs (although Texas Tech is a bit of a stretch). Texas and Oklahoma are perennial national powers and Oklahoma State has a very solid program. I can't wait to see a regular season Oklahoma-USC game or a Texas-Oregon game. What could be wrong with that?

Perhaps UCLA could be dropped to make room for new teams. I hear the Bruins are planning to discontinue football for obvious reasons anyway.

I think we should be the Pac-13 to allow one team to be on probation each year.

Its like everything else. They will build up an awsome 16 team conference and with all the egos involved it will eventually implode, break up and our leader of the pac 16 will fade away to somewhere else and we go back to square one, with the ncaa still out of control.

My only real issue with college football is the way in which it determines the national championship. So instead of fixing that, we're now going to have disputes as to who won a conference championship. I mean, with this stupid pod idea, it's conceivable that, as an example. USC, Oregon and Texas don't play each other one year. If they all go undefeated, what then. Remember how awful it was when the Big 12 South was decided by BCS rankings?
I think 12 teams is enough for a conference. ACC will continue to be a joke with 14 teams and the SEC will always have Vanderbilt.

If it ever happened, and that is a BIG IF... it would be sweet. But there are many hurdles to overcome. I don't like the rumors floating around or the posturing going on. If this expansion with the OK & Texas schools winds up being another fiasco like last year, I say screw'em. Tell then to take their circus tents elsewhere...
