Here is what Mike Pereira, the consultant to Pac-12 officials, tweeted about the score change tonight: ``The points were never taken off the board. Had unsportsmanlike conduct been called against one of the 11 players, the touchdown would not count,'' Pereira said. ``The referee announced the penalty was against the bench and declined by rule. That means it couldn't be enforced because the game was over.''
