Syracuse Recovery
When Syracuse comes here Saturday they will still be recovering from the Greg Robinson era. Remember him? He was a college teammate of Pete Carroll and Syracuse thought they were getting a Carroll clone when they hired him. Instead Robinson won 10 games in four years and went 3-25 in the Big East.
The funny thing is no one who knew Carroll and Robinson thought they were clones and Carroll wasn't even that close to him during the time he was at USC.
There was a good story at Pacific, where Carroll and Robinson played. One day the Pacific coach said, ``Pete, how come you're always happy and Greg's always mad?''
That alone should have warned Syracuse off Robinson. Of course USC is now working with Coach Sunshine, so maybe it needs that lesson too.

Here, here! Wait. What the hell did you just say?
That post reads like Wolf fell off the wagon. And I don't mean the bandwagon.
It's just that he is so thrilled to have something to write about PC. It doesn't have to make sense, but then what does around here.
