It's just Scott's latest "schtick". He's realized he can increase page views by sticking to a few themes and repeating them over and over, to wit: the administration (including Kiffin) are a bunch of NCAA pacifists who don't know what they're doing on the field, don't give a toss about tradition, and don't even care enough about their own players to learn their names.
The sad part is that judging from many of the comments here his strategy seems to have found a receptive (if juvenile) audience. That's why something like three out of ten stories will reinforce one of the memes above.
And if you fast forward to the 1:00 minute mark, you can hear Kiffin say, "Scott, go f@#k yourself".

No, "Count," he's not in anyone's head. Most people here are just amazed that an SC grad could be so dull as to continue with his pathetic shtick's just to get readers to leave comments. He's as stupid as the UCLA fans that spend their time here daily. I know plenty of UCLA fans and NONE of them would spend their time on a USC blog; it's sad. The odd thing is, most of the comments (aside from moron rob) actually show some intelligence, wit, and humor. Yet sad nonetheless as it's a rival blog they spend hours on daily.
