Nice quote tonight from USC safety Jawanza Starling on his clutch recovery and 80-yard TD run of Notre Dame's fumbled snap at the 1-yard line.
``Oh man, first of all I didn't realize the ball was fumbled at first,'' Starling said. ``It just felt surreal. Everything slowed down. I saw the ball and said, `not this bounce, not this bounce, but this one.' ''
I am hoping T.J. McDonald gets an opportunity to take one to the house like that. It could never be as dramatic and pivotal as what his Dad did in the Baylor game, but it would be cool to see.
