Here's Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly on whether the Irish might break out green jerseys for the USC game.
``I didn't know we had green jerseys. If we did, we'd think about it,'' Kelly said.

No question in my mind we are going to lose to the creepy leprachaun people in south bend. Hell, we were lucky to beat a crappy Arizona team. Yeppers fellow Trojan fans, the beginning of the end is upon us. After we beat Cal on Thursday, (bad) losses are coming to ND, Oregon and Stanford, and I am sure we will salvage a win vs. Westwood high to end the season.
Basically, same scenario as last year, and the year before..except I am praying to the ghost of John McKay that after this year the Kiffen family will be moved along to a different position in life and Jeff Fisher/someone else will be brought in to try to fix this mess we see every Saturday.

I think we beat Cal, Colorado, Fucla and ND is a toss up. We have no D, so Matt has to step up for us to be in any of these three games. Post the "L" for Stanford, Oregon AND UW.
I am hoping after 2 straight losses we might be able to figure UW out and win a game..I realize that might be setting my expectations a little high but I believe we can win this year. We would of won last year except for our kicker who is thankfully gone. (sorry won't mention his name after he cost us 2 games last year cough cough jordan congdon)
But I also know another 30 + pt loss to Oregon is coming on national TV..:)
UW is like us. No D. But their QB is quick, fast and has a gun. Polk could have a field day. Just sayin'.
the real shame is, we had at least part of the answer to our problem. Think about it - replace Galippo with uona kaveinga and c tupou with loni fangupo..and how much better would the defense be? BYU coaches rave about both of those guys and how good they are..but for whatever reason, they were treated as persona non grata here at USC and left...

"for whatever reason"...more BS spin. Fangupo left mainly because someone broke into his apartment (near campus) when his wife was home alone. Also, for relgious reasons. Kaveinga for religious reasons. They both said they loved USC football, and transferred to BYU without scholarships, according to Coach Mendenhall. Both are playing prominent roles for BYU...watched them last night and noticed Kaveinga came out on passing situations. Fangupo did make a stinging comment about lack of "team first attitude" by some USC players, after he experienced football at BYU.

Eddie, both those guys were clowns. For them to say others thought "me first" and not team, and then LEAVE? Now who's looking out for #1. Better they went to the CULT school.
NOBS...he said it after he was at BYU for months, and played in games. Sure would like to have those "clowns" for depth.
