Russell Wilson as a Heisman contender.
To me, that just shows what a joke the Heisman trophy has become.
Take way Monte Ball, John Clay, Wisconsin's huge, punnishing O-Line, and Russell Wilson becomes what he was at NC State, a good athlete, mid a middling ACC quaterback.
How is Robert Woods that "under the radar"? He's one of the top playmakers in the nation and doesn't make mistakes the way Barkley does. Woods should be in the top 10.
Woods is the most impressive college receiver I've seen in a long, long time. His improvement from last year to now is truly remarkable. Of course, most of the time, best player doesn't mean Heisman winner.
