Lee-Thomas Connection?
A big topic today was wide receiver Marqise Lee. Lane Kiffin said Lee wanted to play wide receiver in college and joked, ``He'd be lining up at Oregon probably if we told him he was going to be a DB.''
I asked Kiffin if that was why De'Anthony Thomas changed his mind and went to Oregon. Kiffin declined comment.
Kiffin: "no, Oregon offered him more money than we did"
The difference is that Lee will be a WR in the NFL. Thomas is way to small to make it as a RB. The best position for his future was at DB.
