Did the decision of USC doctors to not clear defensive tackle Armond Armstead free up two scholarships for next season now that his brother decommited?

Obviously Arik has trepidations about attending SC. It's too bad that his brother hasn't cleared his physical but that shouldn't have any bearing on his playing at SC. The real question is whether Arik really wanted to attend the school or he has been offered a better deal elsewhere. Time will tell.
