NFL Evaluation
I wouldn't read too much into the fact Matt Barkley requested an evaluation from the NFL. The league sends back a report that only says "first round," "second round," etc., so it doesn't give much guidance.
The NFL is also conservative in its evaluations because it doesn't want somone to turn pro and get drafted much lower than they think.

On ESPN today they were all saying Matt will be no worse than the second QB taken and in the top five. No way he stays now.
