The REAL question is: now that bRuinSlob has proclaimed UCLA the #1 recruiting class in the Pac, and CharIie Bucket has guaran-f-ing-teed that Fucla will beat SC due to all these killer recruits, has UCLA joined the top of the college football mountain and/or overtaken SC in the battle for Los Angeles!!!!??

Given the reductions it really doesn't matter. We just need 9 of the fifteen to pan out which is not that much harder than getting 9 of 18 during the PC era.
