Having read enough of Scott's brilliant insights, I inferred from this that he was trying to make a negative comment about the Pac-10/12. So, I asked why did he only consider the past 3 bowl seasons? Probably because if you include the 2008 bowl season, the Pac 10/12 is 11-12, so about average.

So USC has won 1/6th of the Pac-12's bowl games the past three years despite being eligible for only 1/32 of them?
Like I said numerous times... the PAC-10 now the PAC-12 University presidents have to make committments to improve their football programs or the PAC-12 will always be basically a tomato can (save 2 maybe 3 schools). Any debators about this?
