Tailback Justin Davis of Stockton, Calif., will make his college decision around 6 p.m. (PDT) tonight. Davis, ranked the fifth-best back by Rivals.com, is also considering Cal and Washington.
Even more valuable from USC’s perspective, Davis is on track to graduate in December.

  1. I have a question for Mr. Wolf (or any knowledgeable member), I thought USC already had its three early enrollees: Browne, Fitts and Hawkins. Is my assumption correct or are they planning to add more early enrollees, if so how are they going to do it within the NCAA sanctions? Thanks.

  11. Gillian…I believe they can’t take more than 3 early enrollees. They are limited to 15 a year for 3 years starting last year. The early enrollees count towards last year, and since they took only 12, they can add 3. The question I have is:
    – Can an early enrollee count towards the next recruiting class? This way they could take say 4 early enrollees and 14 for 2013 class. This would still be for a total of 18.

    BUAHAHAHAHAHA if losing 7 games in two seasons (while beginning sanctions, a bowl ban, having mostly underclassmen, an entirely NEW coaching staff and system plus the gray clouds of probation overhead) is pathetic… what the hell was UCLA’s 8 losses in ONE season (worst bowl record in history) who didn’t have to deal with all those things?!?!?!?
