Obama mentions a new puppy!
Hahah!! I know this is not the most important issue at the moment but I couldn't stop giggling when Barak Obama mentioned the fact that his kids will receive the puppy that they begged for. And they just mentioned it on the news just now...hahahah!!! My husband rolled his eyes (jokingly) when I jumped for joy at that comment.
"I love you both so much, and you have earned the new puppy that's coming with us to the White House," Obama told Malia, 10, and Sasha, 7, during his victory speech.
And yes the Obamas better hold to their promise to adopt!!!

I think the little angel pictured in the article would be a WONDERFUL addition to the Obama White House!!!
Yeah, I REALLY hope they choose an OLDER puppy. Like a 9 month old or older. I really hope they go to the pound. I am actually tempted to call the campaign headquarters and hope that they pass along the message! What a great photo op it would be if the press followed Obama to the pound! Think what it would do for the pets there!
That would be awesome if cameras followed them. I wouldn't be surprised if the media did follow them. I'm sure they will go to the pound. Michelle promised the animal rescue groups that urged them to adopt that they would do that. :)
