Cerritos College defensive tackle Kyle Peko, a La Habra High graduate, and offensive lineman Sean Rubalcava, a St. Paul High graduate, both signed letters of intent on Wednesday.  Peko chose Oregon State and Rubalcava selected Fresno State.
