Yucaipa City Council meeting, Monday, Oct. 27

YUCAIPA - The agenda for the City Council meeting on Monday, Oct. 27, contains some of the following items:

  • Item seven recommends that City Council dedicate the Civic Center Park in honor of John Tooker park to be named: John Tooker Civic Park.
  • Item nine concerns right-of-way acquisition - Yucaipa Boulevard Widening Project between 12th and 14th streets on the southside of Yucaipa Boulevard.
  • Item 10 subject relates to the Live Oak Glen Road and I10 Interchange. The recommendation states that City Council review and approve the Conceptual Median Landscape and Entry Monumentation Plan. And that the Redevelopment Agency amend the FY 2008 / 2009 Capital Improvement Program Budget by allocating $20,000 in unallocated RDA Capital Projects Funds for the Landscaping and Entry Monumentation at the Live Oak / I10 Interchange, project no. 10755.


    City Hall is located at 34272 Yucaipa Boulevard. The Regular City Council Meeting is scheduled to start at 6 p.m.
