Sour Cellars officially opens next week

Offering a truly unique experience for Inland Empire (and likely Southern California) beer drinkers, Sour Cellars officially opens December 30 in Rancho Cucamonga.

You see, every beer produced by the brewery is a barrel-aged sour, plus the brewery specializes in newly isolated wild yeast strains.

Beer geeks, rejoice!

As you can see above, even the brewery’s tasting room is unique, looking very much like a swanky turn-of-the-century saloon.

‘Cause tonight we’re gonna party like it’s 1899.

The brewery’s regular hours (5 to 10 p.m. Fridays, noon to 10 p.m. Saturdays) begin next week, but we’ve heard through the grapevine that the brewery will be open from 5 to 10 p.m. today (December 23).

Sour Cellars, 9495 Ninth St., Suite B, currently has 11 beers ready to pour.
