Muir’s Dejon Williams scores 44 as Mustangs edge Burroughs … set up showdown with PHS …

Muir 71, Burroughs 69 — The Stangs just upped the stakes of Friday’s rivalry game with PHS by stunning Burroughs. Dejon Williams scored 44 points to help Muir pull it off. Muir still has some work to do in the league standings, but if it can beat PHS, too, this could be one heckuva a week.

Keppel 50, Schurr 24 — The Aztecs got 24 from Adam Thompson, 11 of which came in the first quarter, and remained unbeaten in the Almont League. So much for Schurr being a threat to Keppel.
