Matt Barnes on Friday morning told reporters that there is a good chance he will play later in the evening when the Clippers host the Washington Wizards at Staples Center.

Barnes, the Clippers’ starting small forward, has missed the past two games with a sore hamstring and has missed four games since March 2 because of the injury.

Barnes was shooting and running at the morning shootaround.

“It’ll be a game-time decision; it looks good,” Barnes said.
