Watch: Angels’ Mike Trout robs Dodgers’ Alex Guerrero at the fence.

TEMPE, Ariz. — Alex Guerrero, meet Mike Trout.

Guerrero, playing third base for the Dodgers today, crushed this ball to the deepest part of Tempe Diablo Stadium in the first inning. Trout, the Angels center fielder and reigning American League MVP, leaped and pulled it down above a 420-foot marker — one of the more hard-earned 0-for-1s Guerrero will ever experience.

In the third inning, Guerrero got revenge in the form of a solo home run to left-center field off Angels starter Matt Shoemaker.
