Former USC defensive end Frostee Rucker hired Leonard Levine to represent him against two misdemeanor counts of spousal battery and two counts of vandalism.
Levine represented USC quarterback Mark Sanchez in his recent sexual-assault case. The alleged victim is a former USC student and accuses Rucker of getting into an altercation with her at a party last August and smashing her cellphone. From my own knowledge, this could be an interesting case.

The alleged victim left school after the incident.
“He adamantly denies the charges, Levine said. “Were conducting our own investigation and Im hoping to present evidence to dismiss the case. Well be asking for the charges to be dismissed.
Rucker is scheduled to be arraigned July 13. If convicted of the misdemeanor charges, the total penalty is three years in prison. Rucker was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the third round of Aprils draft.
