Steve Sarkisian said there is no change in Josh Shaw’s status despite the fact Shaw is not going to be charged by the district attorney. Sarkisian said Shaw’s situation had not crossed his desk.
Meanwhile, tight end Bryce Dixon is able to practice but Sarkisian said he does not know if Dixon can play against UCLA. Dixon is being investigated by the university for an incident involving another student.

Why do these Police and University investigations take weeks, sometimes months ? Either you did it or you didn’t . It took the Hwy Patrol months to determine if one of their officers beat a homeless woman’s face in, even though it was caught on camera… Really ? It took LAPD almost 12 weeks to determine if Josh Shaw broke the law? lmao !!

Shaw told Klein that he has kept in shape working out at a local high school, as well as training facilties in West Hollywood and Phoenix. Just think,,,,,,If this was Florida State or heck the whole state of Florida ,Shaw would have been playing for weeks..heck he might have saved the hail Mary and the Utah TD.Here however CSI must do their work…….Or maybe ones true charactor might be an issue.

What’s Shaw accused of anyway? First I heard there was a burglary where nothing was reported missing and he was seen climbing down a tree. Most recently, I heard he was arguing with his g/f and the neighbor called the police. How the hell is there any criminal thing happening anyway? I thought SC was just covering their butt suspending him while his ankles healed and he would be back with the team… like 6 weeks ago.
