  1. Pretty rude to ask young Juju any kind of “prying” into presonal life questions, especially after it has been declared personal over 100 times

Wolf has been pretty well behaved about recognizing that a “personal issue” is just that, personal – good job for not asking, Wolf – bad job for redistributing it.

  2. Ohio State’s Urban Meyer said after his No 1 team’s close call on Saturday that every team in the country had better come to play or they can be beat.

And it looks as if a team or maybe even 2 teams can get in to the “Final-4” with 2 losses. Two losses look likely for the team that wins the Pac-12 so SC, Oregon, and even SUCLA are not out of it yet.

Aside from TCU and Baylor, although their league is suspect, there appear to be no super teams this year.

As for SUCLA, intentionally going down by 8 points was not the best mathematical decision. They only gained about 15 yards after the safety. And the odds of making a 2-pointer are only
    about 1 in 3.

SUCLA and ND’s losses will inspire the SC boys. It could be a magical year for the Trojans. We shall see.

    • If UCLA punted, ASU would have had the ball on our 40 yard line up by 6 (the would have only needed 10 yards to get in decent FG range to go up by 9 and put the game away).
If UCLA took a safety, ASU would have had the ball on their 30 yard line, up by 8.

Basically, Mora traded 30 yards of field position for 2 points, while it still being a 1 score game.
