Could Kyon Clark join Kenny Clark at UCLA?

While several high school athletes committed to colleges long ago, and others have been courted and are expected to make their decisions in the next week, there are other future college athletes who fall into different categories.
TX Body: One of those is Carter High nose guard Kyon Clark, who originally committed to Montana, but has since de-committed.

Carter coach Alex Pierce said that Clark changed his mind when Montana underwent a coaching chance as former coach Mick Delaney retired.
So, what’s next? Possibly UCLA, where Clark’s brother Kenny, the former Sun Defensive Player of the Year, was a standout sophomore defensive lineman last season.
According to, Clark is scheduled to make a visit to UCLA this weekend although Pierce could not confirm that. Although there has been no official offer yet, UCLA is the only possibility out there for him other than Montana. Rivals has Clark listed as a three-star recruit.
“I think people are missing the boat on him,” Pierce said. “He’s been able to move really well with his weight. He’s really flexible. He can put his nose to his knee and he’s stronger than his brother at this age.”
