He talks about his first NHL goal and being an offensive-minded defenseman.

On scoring his first goal: “It was really cool. Its kind of a milestone in every kids career. Its one youll always remember.

“I may remember the whole game. To come back from 5-1 and tie with 13 seconds left, obviously it wasnt the outcome you wanted but it was a memorable game and I really enjoyed myself.”

On being an offensive-minded defenseman: “Its interesting they put me and Lubo together because thats what he does too, but you try to be responsible defensively. Thats the most important thing, what will keep you here. A lot of people can play offense but not everyone can play D. So thats the thing I need to work on and be consistent at the most.”
