USC coach Dan Hubbs said the Trojans were not distracted today by reports a civil lawsuit was filed a USC student who claimed former outfielder Vahn Bozoian, former pitcher Sean Adler, and current pitcher Marc Huberman distributed a video of her having sex with Bozoian. The lawsuit said Adler secretly filmed Bozoian and the female student and Adler forwarded it to Bozoian and Huberman.
Hubbs dismissed Bozoian last May while Adler was not on the team this season. Huberman remains on the team and was cleared by a university judicial panel.
“It’s ancient history,” Hubbs said. “We’ve moved on.”
…seems everyone has moved on except Charlie’s IDLE. …doubtful he would know what the video was about, if he saw it.

I don’t think this is ancient history if a lawsuit was recently filed and has yet to be adjudicated. It’s current news, whether Hubbs and USC want to sweep this under the rug.
