Midterm Thursday

Some USC players must take midterms today, on game day, before tonight’s game against Washington. So how does it help the players to stay in a South Bay hotel and then have to drive all the way to USC for a test (and perhaps back too) instead of just staying at a nearby downtown L.A. hotel, which USC did for many, many years.

  1. Maybe the academic support staff had the midterms with them and supervised the exams at the hotel and took them back to campus. Did that ever occur to you?

  2. How about we leave the “we lost because we had to go to school” excuses to Jim Mora?

Assumption is, that the following posts by a ‘Go Tama’ poster just might fall under the purview of your above stated comments policy.

…”Bartner has picture of important SC people having nookie with barnyard animals, like your wife”

    …”I’m no fan of Mora, I think he’s a despicable pr!ck”

    …”I agree, Mora is a souless ***** ”

…”Kiffin is a brain fart, much like you Golden Oldie.”

Does the phrase “Grow a pair” have any Moderator relevance here?

    • I feel so special being a part of the violations. I don’t believe I’m a brain fart, though I have plenty of them and the regular farts. I hope I didn’t push Tama’s buttons that would get him banned. We should all be understanding about our passion for SC football and the trolls as well.

  4. Another reason not to have college football on a Thursday. SCgrad12 is probably right. What would any other sport do with an away game the some day as a mid term?

  5. I think it reflects poorly on the athletic director allowing a mid week game the same day the players have to take midterm exams. What a distraction that is, and it wouldn’t be if our AD had gonads and told Larry Scott to shove his Thursday night game.
