  1. Happy fourth of July. I have heard that the coliseum fireworks show will be bigger and better than the Rose Bowl show.
    But the Rose Bowl will have a good second place team there eventually.

    • I remember going there back in the late 50’s. One of the acts had this guy – head upside down placed on this straight up in the air – 30+ foot pole and it was bending back and forth. Then there was the moment when all the lights were turned out and everyone lit a match finally the firework display.
