NCS HC Dave Doeren is a seriously better head man than Clay Helton.
Funny that Doeren, who has gradually risen up the ranks from HS asst coach to college coord to HC at N ILL and now at NCS was also a grad asst at USC at one time. Very smart guy. He probably won’t beat the Irish but he’ll put up a much better fight than the Trojans did.
