We teased you with a post of this beer a back in August. After 6 months of bottle and keg conditioning, it’s almost time to let it out of the cellar. Join us at the tasting room December 29th, for our 2nd anniversary where we will release this and several other fermented treats. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Breaking Camp is equal blend of 15 month barrel aged spontaneous, 23 month barrel aged mixed culture and 24 month barrel aged mixed culture fermentation golden sours. This blend was re-fermented on 330lbs of frozen whole black raspberries for 3 months before being conditioned another 6 months. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If don’t know what black raspberries taste like, you will after you try this. Their flavor is sort of like a blend of red raspberry and blackberry, unique and rich. 5.3% alc/vol, available in bottles and on draft.
