Spotted on Facebook last night that longtime Thai restaurant Ranu has closed permanently.
The restaurant, 25655 Redlands Blvd., Suite I, Loma Linda, closed back in May, hoping to take a few months to reorganize and then reopen.
That, however, was not to be.
Posted last week on the restaurant’s Facebook page was a notice that Ranu would not reopen.
The Facebook post also recommends that customers seeking similar Thai dishes head to the nearby (and recently-opened) Chapter Two California Kitchen.
Chapter Two serves traditional Thai dishes, California cuisine with a Thai twist, and Asian/Italian/Mexican/American fusion.
And it’s “Ranu approved.”
According to Ranu’s Facebook page, it’s been in business in Loma Linda over 20 years.
