Fin. Fine. The end.

While today’s (May 23) opening of Oggi’s Pizza & Brewing Company in the Colonies Crossroads in Upland is just the beginning for the new restaurant, it also represents the end.

It’s the end of new development at the center. It’s now at 100% capacity.

Of course, that doesn’t mean that there won’t be any new restaurants coming to the center. As businesses close, they will be replaced by other businesses, and perhaps those businesses will serve food.

The Upland Oggi’s joins the Apple Valley location in the Inland Empire, and both will be joined this summer by a location in Barstow.

For the uninitiated, Oggi’s menu includes wings and pizza, salads and lower-calorie options, burgers and pasta, wraps and sandwiches, as well as a selection of limited-time items.

And you can wash it all down with an array of beers, including 10 from Oggi’s award-willing assortment and 20 favorites from local breweries, and several domestic and imported bottles.

The restaurant’s entire menu is also available for delivery.

The Upland Oggi’s, 1173 E. 19th St., is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
