Village Christian (2-3, 1-1) outlasted Maranatha with scores of 25-17, 22-25, 25-14, 25-23.
Robbie Flewelling led Maranatha with 14 kills and three blocked shots. Adam Harr contributed with seven kills and eleven digs and Kevin Lee contributed with 26 assists.
With the loss Maranatha dropped to 3-6 and 0-3 in league play.

Evelyn Hernandez went the distance for Montebello and improved to 6-1 on the season.
Valerie Aguilar hit for the cycle going 4 for 4 and added two RBI’s and April Marquez went 2 for 4 with a double and a triple.
Alyssa Soneff contributed to the offense for the Oilers and went 2 for 3 with a double and 1 RBI.
With the win Montebello improved to 9-3 and 2-0 in league.

The Bearcats (11-1, 3-0) won their sixth consecutive game against Los Altos behind a three hitter by Justin Garza who recorded the win and improved to 4-1.
Bonita got run support from Tyler Heslop with a three run homerun and Justin Row had a triple with two RBI’s.
The loss dropped Los Altos to 6-5 and 2-1 in league.

Caroline Smith and Danielle O’Toole combined to allow seven hits as O’Toole earned the win and improved to 8-2 on the season.
The Regents grinded out the win and improved to 12-3.
Laura Swan had a double and two RBI’s with O’Toole chipping in with three RBI’s for St. Lucy’s.
The Vikings got offense from Arielle Urtez with a two-run homerun. The Vikings dropped to 7-4.
