NORWALK — A man suffered major injuries Sunday in a motorcycle crash on Norwalk Boulevard, authorities said.
The rider, a Norwalk man in his late 30s, was flown to Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center in critical condition following the 4 p.m. crash on Norwalk Boulevard at Pantheon Street, Los Angeles County sheriff’s Lt. Josie Woolum said.
He was travelling south on the boulevard when he lost control of his Harley-Davidson and struck the center median and was thrown from the motorcycle, the lieutenant said. He suffered severe head trauma.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
