PASADENA — A teenage robber snatched a phone from a pedestrian as she walked near Maranatha High School Friday night.
The victim was walking in the 100 block of South St. John Avenue about 10:20 p.m. when the robber grabbed her iPhone and fled, Pasadena police Lt. Diego Torres said. He was last seen running east on Del Mar Boulevard.
Police described the robber as a black teen of about 16 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, of thin build, wearing a black T-shirt and dark pants.
