fjsandimasDon’t want to fight the ticket lines on Friday for the CIF-Southern Section Mid-Valley Division title game between host San Dimas and Paraclete?
San Dimas has a solution for you — a presale.
The school announced today that they will be selling tickets to the game on Thursday and Friday between 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Tickets costs $10 for adults, and $5 for students with an ID and children under age 14.
The school also announced that additional parking will be made available at McKinley Boys Home, which is on Cypress, north of Lone Hill Ave.

Can I get tickets to the PAC-5 Championship game there too????

    • Nomoredrama

Really??? Lol Pac 5 tix available @ St John Bosco or Mater Dei or you will have to wait until game day and you can buy them @ Angel Stadium before the game.

    • New York

Actually, yes. Go stop by San Dimas, but wait your turn in line.

      • Outside Looking In

Lol! The joke’s on you, Jack! I was being facetious. Maybe you and drama can save me a space in line?
        Good luck this weekend boys!

        • New York

That’s a big word for you. I’m impressed. I misjudged you and was hoping you would actually stop by San Dimas and waste your abundance of free time.

        • Nomoredrama

Oh, ok, I thought maybe you wanted to watch a REAL Championship game, LOL! If so, you can still get tix for the Pac 5 game….

          • Outside Looking In

Actually, you’re spot on. I can’t wait to watch the MD-SJB game. No offense to the players, families, schools or communities involved in the SD-Paraclete game, but have you ever had the opportunity to watch a PAC-5 Championship game in person? Those are some phenomenal athletes. One of those teams will be representing Southern California in a couple of weeks in the State Championship game. That’s some outstanding football. Those of you who have seen it firsthand know exactly what I’m talking about. Again, no offense to SD or Paraclete.

Then why post on Steve’s Blog about Mid Valley tix, asking about tix for the Pac5 Championship, if you are not taking a jab at the Mid Valley Championship Game? Any way, yes, the Pac5 game is a much different atmosphere, but, it’s not as intimate, being played at Angel Stadium the seating is not as close as the high school fields, and its only on one side of the stadium. At least, that’s how it was set up last year. Mater Dei was on the opposite side from the stands, which kinda sucked for their fans. Their fans had to listen to the Long Beach Poly cheer squad and band all night, lol!

            Again, I was being facetious…

So was New York, but it flew right over your head, good luck with your Pac 5 game.

          • FredJ

they post here because where else can they talk about Mater Dei … The Register blogs… right

Paraclete’s offensive line really looked like crap in this game. That surprises me, but it was early. The play calling did not help those slow, but big linemen. They really should have run more straight ahead inside where they seemed to have success. Going outside was not helping those big guys.

    • Saint Parent

In the playoffs they are more down hill and taking advantage of that size. Play calling for them will be big tonight. If they get all goofy and go 4 wide like they tend to do, it will play into SDs favor. If they stay patient and ground and pound it could spell danger for SD.

      • New York

I completely agree. Also, I don’t think Paraclete will be able to stop SD’s tightend from catching passes. He poses a significant mismatch against most teams!
