A Tulane transfer

Here is the story I wrote for today’s paper about quarterback/receiver Chris Forcier transferring to Furman. At the end is a note about former Tulane linebacker David Allen, who plans to walk-on at UCLA.

saw him play at south pas a couple years ago. played on a poor team and put up big numbers but not really that good.

From news reports, Allen’s mom was/is very ill and that led to his decision to move closer to home.
