Courses for the evening consist of:
- Burrata Salad, paired with Seafarer Kölsch
- Queso Fundido Dip, paired with Expatriate IPA
- Mini Lobster Slider, paired with Ripple Saison
- Braised Short Rib, paired with Day Job Pale Ale
- Coolhaus Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Float, with Southbounder Coffee Stout & Baklava
The event will be presented by beer sommelier Molly Butler.
The cost for the experience is $35 per person, and space is limited.
