Dog Haus has finally arrived in the Inland Empire!

The Pasadena-born chain will be giving away Haus Dogs (your choice of hot dogs or sausages) from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday (April 8) at its first Inland Empire location — 350 N. McKinley St., Suite 102, Corona.

In addition, the first 24 people in line on Friday will receive a free Dog Haus combo every month for five months, and a free T-shirt and cap.

The grand opening continues Saturday (April 9) and Sunday (April 10), with 5% of sales both days benefiting the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Inland Empire.

The Corona location is just the first of many anticipated Inland Empire restaurants for the chain, which specializes in gourmet hot dogs, sausages and burgers.

Locations are in the works for Chino Hills (4611 Chino Hills Parkway), Rancho Cucamonga (11144 E. Foothill Blvd.), Redlands, Claremont, Pomona, Apple Valley, Eastvale, Riverside, Palm Springs, Menifee and Temecula.

The location will also feature a rotating tap list of local beers. While I was there for a sneak preview on Wednesday — I highly recommend the Hot Chick — Wicks Brewing Co. was making a delivery.

The Corona location will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
