Once upon a time, if you wanted something to eat while you enjoyed your favorite beer at Last Name Brewing in Upland, you had a few choices.

You could either: 1) Hope that the brewery was going to have a food truck or some other food vendor there; b) Have some food delivered to the brewery; or iii) Bring your own food.

Well, those days are over.

The Big Easy Sandwich, a longtime staple at Last Name and other local breweries, just got a new food truck, er, trailer, and will be serving daily — well, except Mondays — at Last Name.

There will be a grand opening celebration beginning at 1 p.m. tomorrow (June 17) at the brewery, 2120 Porterfield Way.
