There’s not a lot of cues to indicate that fall has arrived here in the Inland Empire.

Sure, there might be a (very) slight chill in the night air.

And perhaps the liquidambar leaves change color and drop.

However, the one sure thing that signals the start of the autumnal season is the arrival of Baker’s Drive-Thru’s Safe Halloween coupons.

The fast-food chain began selling the coupon books on Monday (September 28).

Each coupon book includes 32 coupons with discounts and free items that total $507 in value.

This year’s books include free food from Baker’s (bean and cheese burrito; chips and salsa, fries or hash browns; and egg soft taco); free child’s admission to the Aquarium of the Pacific, the Chino Youth Museum, and the Planes of Fame Air Museum; a free Krispy Kreme original glazed doughnut; a free mini cupcake from My Delight Cupcakery and much, much more.

The coupon books cost just $1, and 100% of proceeds benefit Easterseals Southern California.

Since the inception of the Safe Halloween campaign in 1989, Baker’s Drive-Thru has raised more than $4 million for Easterseals.

Baker’s Drive-Thru locations can be found throughout the Inland Empire, and only in the Inland Empire.
