Well we have three games tonight. Here’s my take and picks on those.
We’ll start with the biggie, Ayala vs. Glendora at Citrus College. It has been quite a showing for the Bulldogs since Palomares League play started. They notched wins over Claremont and Diamond Bar despite some key injuries on defense. They haven’t faced a QB quite the caliber of Glendora’s Matt Fink so I have to go with the Tartans.
Glendora 28, Ayala 14
Bonita at South Hills. The Bearcats started league play with probably THE two best opponents so they are better than their 0-2 league mark and I think they’ll be in the hunt for a playoff berth although a first-place finish is highly unlikely.
Bonita 27, South Hills 10
Now to the Mt,. Baldy League where Alta Loma gets Colony. The Braves outlasted Montclair last week 8-7. Well you’re not beating Colony by scoring in single digits. I’m still not quite sure what to expect out of the Braves but this could be a long night for them.
