It’s on to the second video prediction/breakdown with SGVfootballer Aram Tolegian. In this video, we talk about a small-school showdown between visiting Whittier Christian and host Ontario Christian. On Wednesday, I’ll post La Habra versus Orange Lutheran and on Thursday we’ll debut St. Paul at La Mirada.

Last season, the Heralds thumped the Knights, 43-20, in the season-opener at Whittier College. Both teams progress nicely from that matchup. Whittier Christian advanced to the semifinals of the CIF-SS Mid-Valley Division (Division 11) playoffs while Ontario Christian fell to small-school powerhouse St. Margaret’s, 12-6, in the East Valley Division Championship (Division 12) game.

Obviously the big news surrounding this game has to do with the sprained knee of talented Heralds nose tackle Jeff Worthy, who’s likely out of the game.
