Yucaipa’s Brewcaipa Brewing Company is hosting a “Unite for Vegas” fundraiser Sunday (October 22) for two local victims of the Las Vegas mass shooting.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the family of Hannah Ahlers of Beaumont, who was killed during the shooting, and local firefighter Tom O’Malley, who was shot several times while trying to protect his wife.

The event kicks off from 9:30 to 11:15 a.m. with a donation-based yoga class with Revolution Fitness. Yoga participants will receive $1 off pints from 11 a.m. to noon.

The fundraiser continues from noon to 8 p.m.

A trio of musical acts will perform throughout the day: Armando Valencia at 12:30 p.m., Gator Tails at 3 p.m. and James Wesley at 5 p.m.

Tickets, which include food from Jakes Bistro & Brew, a souvenir pint glass and one fill, are available at the brewery, 35058 Yucaipa Blvd, for $20.

A portion of the ticket sales will benefit the victims, and donations will also be accepted.
